MONSTER ENERGY
World Champion athlete Luke Woodham lands in Northern Ireland to promote a new drift competition, what other way to promote this new wave of drifting than to set him a series of challenges across the country.
AN ABANDONED MILITARY BASE, AN OBSTACLE COURSE AND A PETROL STATION.
Monster Energy came to Northern Ireland to host a qualifying around for their international drift event 'Gymkhana Grid’; the winner would be flown off to the next round of the competition across the globe.
Monster wanted to create a film that would inspire local drivers to get involved in the event. We were tasked with putting together a concept that would see their 4x Gymkhana Grid World Champion athlete Luke Woodham put on a show across the country and bring in more talent to their event.
Our in-house Director Adam McPeake set the stage, with various Northern Ireland locations being used including an abandoned military base, an obstacle course and a petrol station. Our producers pulled together the concept, and arranged all logistics in a very short time frame to make the film happen. With multiple drones, camera operators, precision drivers and everything in-between to create this action packed film.
